The Shorewood Public Library is seeking a customer-focused and creative Library Associate to join our team. The Library Associate is a paraprofessional position with a variety of responsibilities including copy cataloging, circulation and reference services, programming, and collection maintenance. The ideal candidate is a team player, empathetic, self-motivated, and willing to help without prompting.
This is a 40-hour per week position that requires occasional evening and weekend shifts and reports to the Director of Library Services. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation, health and dental insurance, and Wisconsin Retirement System enrollment. The starting pay for this position is $19.72 per hour.
