A student-centered, community and technical college in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, Nicolet College seeks a Manager of Instructional Resources. Under the guidance of the Learning & Teaching Center Director, this position plays a pivotal role in steering the direction of higher education toward a future where the integration of library resources, textbooks, and open education resources is seamless.

This role is instrumental in creating an educational landscape where the wealth of knowledge available is not just accessible but tailored to enhance the pedagogical expertise of educators and step up the academic success of students. The manager's leadership is both visionary and pragmatic, ensuring that the blending of these resources goes beyond traditional boundaries, thereby offering an enriched learning and teaching experience that is both impactful and transformative.

Qualified candidates possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; demonstrated experience in leading projects, initiatives, and or teams of people; and two years of professional experience in a library. The ideal candidate also possesses a master’s degree in library science; two years of professional experience in a college system; two years of supervisory experience as a librarian in a college system; or demonstrated budget management; teaching experience.
