The Dwight Foster Public Library in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and committed individual for the full-time Library Assistant II position. Primary duties will include coordinating Dwight Foster Public Library’s communication initiatives and managing interlibrary loan requests.
Job Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in library services is preferred. Preference is also given to applicants with previous customer service, public service, marketing, public relations, and communications experience. Applicants with Spanish language proficiency are preferred.
Salary and Benefits: The starting hourly pay is $21.6035. The City of Fort Atkinson offers an excellent benefit package with paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, health, dental, and life insurance, and enrollment in the Wisconsin Retirement System.
