Viterbo University seeks Part Time Information Services Assistant.
This part-time staff position assists in the operation of the library's Information Services areas: circulation, interlibrary loan, student workers, and extended campus support. This position is a 10 month contract for 25 hours a week, 4-5 days a week with summers off. Schedule must include Sundays 1-5 pm and Mondays 7:30 am 4 pm with some flexibility for remaining hours for the rest of the week.
Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree; a creative, service and detail-oriented self-starter with strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality; ability and willingness to work with 20+ work-study students; Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to effectively utilize multiple software applications.
