The Marathon County Public Library seeks a Branch Coordinator at its Athens location. This is a 30 hour per week position supervises the operations, personnel, and programs of the Athens Branch Library. The successful candidate will provide support to the public by promoting lifelong learning, fostering access to ideas and information, and creating opportunities to connect. The work is performed under the direction of the Lead Branch Coordinator and the Library Services Manager.
Hours can include days, evenings and weekends. Additional hours to attend meetings, workshops or to fill in for other staff may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in a public library or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary: $24.65 per hour + Marathon County benefits
