To ensure success, it is critical that public library boards, directors, and staff have a good relationship with other representatives of the municipal government, especially the municipal clerk and/or finance director. In this webinar, we will discuss these unique roles that exist within your municipality and how they can work together for the benefit of your community. You’ll learn best practices from public library representatives and their municipal partners who have worked together to build successful working relationships.
