HOTEL PARKING INFORMATION

Parking in the Hyatt Regency Green Bay parking lot is $10 per day for overnight guests with a validated ticket by a Guest Service Representative. Hourly parking is available during low occupancy dates for $1 per hour with the 1st 20 minutes being complimentary.

Event and overflow parking is available in the parking structure across the street at the Main Street Parking Ramp. There is a skywalk on the 2nd level to bring you across the street into the Hyatt Regency Green Bay and KI Convention Center. The parking structure is managed by the City of Green Bay and they mandate the parking charges for all city ramps. Please visit the City of Green Bay’s website for more information.

For each additional adult, there will be a $20 charge per night. Children under 18 stay free when accompanied by an adult. Due to fire safety policies, no more than six (6) people will be allowed to occupy a suite overnight.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit. All deposits must equal one night's lodging plus applicable taxes. Upon receipt, this deposit will be applied to the first night of the reservation.

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty no later than 6:00 p.m., 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will be subject to charges equal to one night's lodging and applicable taxes. This also includes no-show reservations.

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in will be accommodated if suites are available. If suites are not available, luggage storage will be provided.

Early departure: the fee is one-half the room rate before 1:00 p.m.; after 1:00 p.m., the charge will be the full night. 

UPDATE 10/19/2021:  The Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown also has a block of rooms at a special rate available for attendees of the conference.  Reference WI Library Association.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES

The WLA Conference Committee is pleased to confirm that the 2021 WLA Annual Conference will be held in person at the Hyatt Regency and KI Convention Center in Green Bay.

The safety and wellbeing of guests and colleagues is always a priority at the Hyatt Regency and KI Convention Center.  Several precautionary measures have been implemented, including: 

  • Masks required in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Round tables, such as those for luncheons, seat only six per table.
  • Breakout sessions set theater-style have a three-foot distance between each chair. 

While masks are optional in the contracted meeting rooms, conference attendees are strongly encouraged to wear a mask at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
