Access Services Lead
The Frank L. Weyenberg Library (FLWL) of Mequon-Thiensville, Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, self-motivated person to join our Access Services team. FLWL serves the communities of Mequon and Thiensville in Ozaukee County, located just north of the Milwaukee metro area. FLWL is an equal opportunity employer.
This full time position (40 hours per week) includes evenings and weekends. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour and includes health and dental insurance, retirement plan, flexible spending account, and paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick leave).
Essential Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service at the circulation desk
- Handling returned materials
- Checking out and renewing items
- Serving as our volunteer coordinator
- Cataloging
- Providing Pop-Up Library outreach services across the community
- Other duties as assigned
The successful applicant will have strong customer service and computer skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and be a friendly face for library users. Bachelor's degree or significant customer service experience required.
